FAQ
What is BodyTalk, what does a session look like?
BodyTalk involves looking at the whole body, treating the cause not the symptom. Every session is unique, it is determined by the needs of your body at that particular time.
During the session you would be able to relax on a massage table fully clothed, I use neuromuscular feedback to communicate with the body, allowing me to establish what areas of your body are out of balance and need to communicate better with each other.
The body is great at healing itself but with our environment, lifestyles etc it can’t always do this as efficiently as it should. Once I establish what areas of your body need help then we use a series of gentle techniques alongside tapping to restore communication in the body.
Every session is unique, it is determined by the needs of your body at that particular time. During the session you will be able to fully relax while I use neuromuscular feedback (muscle checking of your arm) to get a yes/no communication with your body. Using this method I will establish what parts of your body need re-synchronised. Then a series of simple techniques will be used alongside tapping to restore the communication within your body.

I honestly can’t thank Debbie Wilson enough for helping ollie..at a year old I noticed that there wasn’t something right with his right leg..he couldn’t put weight on it. I asked my health visitor to have a look but she told me I would have to wait until he was 17 months old..so at 14 months I got very worried as he couldn’t stand without screaming or falling…he couldn’t pull him self up because the leg wouldn’t support him..couldn’t bend the leg or couldn’t go on all fours. After two months of running to the royal hospital they told me it wasnt an emgerency and that health visitor and doctors is who i should b contacting. The paediatrician told me that he was just FLOPPY and if anyone knows ollie he’s far from floppy not once did they x ray him..all because he had a hip scan when he was born…I wasn’t happy when I got told my child was floppy..I didn’t know what else to do..I felt no1 wanted to know so I went to see Debbie last Monday..she is such a lovely, caring,woman..she looked at ollie and finally gave me answers if they had had of given him an x-ray they would of noticed he has a twist in lower section pelvis titled under and turned in and an inbalance.
She repatterned his muscle usage to help. The difference in my son that me and my family and friends can notice is unbelievable. He walked along the side of my bed yesterday which bearing in mind last Sunday he couldn’t even stand without scream he can go up on all fours…i cant thank Debbie enough at all
